We guarantee our products 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. Returns due to defects or errors on our part must be made within 14 days of receiving product. Because each order is custom made according to information you entered and selected, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors or designs which were incorrectly selected or entered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
